A Guide To Obtaining A Transcript From Mumbai University

A transcript is an official record of your academic performance issued by your university. It lists all your courses, grades, and degrees earned across semesters — essentially your detailed academic scorecard.

Steps to Get Your Transcript from Mumbai University

Step 1: Prepare Documents

  • Collect all mark sheets from every semester.

  • Get them attested by the Dean or authorized officer.

  • Make one extra copy for university reference.

  • Place each semester’s mark sheets in separate envelopes.

  • Write the recipient university’s address (do not print it).

  • Keep your originals for verification but don’t submit them.

Step 2: Submit at the University

  • Visit Mumbai University early to avoid long queues.

  • Fill out the transcript request form with your details.

  • Submit the envelopes and pay the required fees.

  • Get the receipt to track your application status.

  • The process usually takes around one month.

Step 3: Collect the Transcripts
